Carmot Strategic has served as consultant to major pharmaceutical companies and to PhRMA, the premier U.S. pharmaceutical association.  Engaging at the CEO level, Carmot's advisory role has ranged across issues critical to the industry's ongoing advancement, from innovation and incentivization to R&D promotion and patent protection policies.   

At present, Carmot is engaged as strategic issue advisor with a North American bio-tech startup, focused on developing bio-based organisms with clean-technology applications.
