Carmot’s Resource Development practice leverages its principal’s deep involvement in resource policy issues. In his position as President and Director of U.S. Rare Earths, Daniel McGroarty is engaged in all aspects of the Company’s development strategy, from public policy positioning and sustainable development practices to investor relations and strategic planning.

In 2010, Daniel McGroarty launched StratMat.us – the Strategic Materials Stockpile Initiative.  Predicated on the growing demand for specialty metals and minerals, StratMat.us calls for a reformulation of the national defense stockpile concept to address 21st Century resource and national security needs.
